Match Clearing, Grading, and Trenching to the Plan
A low cost excavation scope starts with the right limits. We use a laser-level survey to plan grading around lot lines and drainage flow, then cut and fill to designed elevations. Foundation excavation follows pad dimensions, footing design, and the soils report so unnecessary digging does not increase backfill and haul-off.
- Define the vegetation and stump removal needed for mesquite, palo verde, or creosote before clearing begins.
- Match grading to the planned building pad, driveway, or yard elevations.
- Identify trench depth, utility route, and backfill needs for water, sewer, electrical, or irrigation lines.
